Located 10 mins walk from the town centre St Martin Vineyard has a modern house available for short-term rental.
Set in the midst of vineyards on the Martinborough Terraces, you can enjoy breathtaking, unobstructed views northwards from the lounge, dining room, kitchen or expansive decking. |

Fully equipped kitchen/dining area. We also have a gas fired barbeque for out-door cooking. Dining can either be in the open-plan dining / kitchen area or on the deck overlooking the vines.

Two bedrooms, One bedroom has a king size bed, which can be separated into 2 single beds. the other has a queen size bed. All beds have duvets plus electric blankets in the winter.

|
Comfortable lounge with log burner and a heat pump / air conditioner, large flat screen TV with Sky digital service, DVD and CD player. Also included, an Italian made Natuzzi sofa bed in the lounge that folds out as another queen size bed.

TARIFF:

First night: $185 for the first bedroom plus $80 for additional bedrooms.
|
|
Subsequent night: $155 for the first bedroom plus $60 for additional bedrooms.

The tariff is negotiable for rentals of four or more nights

Minimum rentals apply during summer, on public holidays and special event weekends.

|
Unfortunately we cannot accommodate children or pets as St Martin is a working vineyard.

| The prices include a complimentary bottle of St Martin Chardonnay (made by Voss Estate Vineyard with grapes from St Martin Vineyard). Ingredients are supplied for continental breakfasts as well as tea and freshly ground coffee or beans. |

St Martin Vineyard is approximately 200 metres along Huangarua Rd on your left, immediately behind Aylstone Boutique Retreat. |
