The main house consists of a spacious living/dining area with direct access to the large garden. The three double bedrooms, each with their own outdoor area, are all en suite. An internal garage separates the main house from a one bedroom apartment that can be included in a rental by special arrangment.

The house is located a 10 minute walk from the Square which features the iconic Martinborough Hotel, cafes, (a special mention needs to be made of the award winning French café), delicatessans, wine centre (agreat place to purchase local olive oils and wines). There is also a boutique cinema, The Circus Cinema, with a café attached that has two intimate theatres showing recent releases. The Martinborough Golf Club is also nearby. There are many walking tracks adjacent to the famous vineyards.
