The French Street Villas have been located side by side for the last century, originally in Wanganui and now in Martinborough.
Both Villas, Avignon and Loire, have been fully renovated retaining their original character while introducing modern comforts such as gas fires in the open plan living areas, modern fully equipped kitchens and two bathrooms (one ensuite). Loire is on a quarter acre section while Avignon occupies a half acre; both Villas overlook an olive grove and are located on a quiet street within easy walking distance of The Square.

$150 for first 1-2 adults and $40 per additional adult
