Fernleaf House "A time of Reflection" Our Victorian fully restored house is located within a short walk to the Martinborough Square. We offer a fresh and stylish decor with clean comfortable period furniture and fittings guaranteeing you a relaxing and private retreat. Vistas of Rural Martinborough out of the front door and a fully fenced section out of the back windows ensure you will experience the country yet be within a short stroll of the cafes, galleries, crafts, vineyards and winebars that have made Martinborough one of New Zealand's most enjoyable places to visit. Fernleaf House has polished floors, Flame Effect Gas fire (no need for chopping wood), beautiful ensuite off the large Master Bedroom, large new open plan kitchen, clawfoot bath and a wide deck off the kitchen/dining area. Large Bifold doors provide a wonderful indoor/outdoor flow to a deck which overlooks the back yard and a quality BBQ is provided. With off-street parking for up to three cars. Petanque boules are available as well, for use on the long limechip driveway. For the less active there is the Television, video player/DVD player, stereo/radio, large BBQ table and selection of board games. We also have available a highchair, portacot and change table. Fernleaf House offers a great retreat for family or even two couples. This is a large homestead offering serenity and a time of reflection. Our cottage comfortably sleeps six in three bedrooms with a sofa bed if needed in the family/dining area to accommodate 8. Children and babies are most welcome!
Tariff Fri/Sat/Sun nights are $160 per couple, $40 per extra adult and $20 per child (under 12) per night. Mon/Tue/Wed/Thu nights are $130 per couple, $40 per extra adult and $20 per child, per weeknight. Weekend tariff applies to all public holidays.
